n System composition
The selective non-catalytic reduction denitrification system consists of a reducing agent storage and preparation system, a reducing agent delivery system, a reducing agent metering and distribution system, a reducing agent injection system, a compressed air and water system, an electrical control system, and an on-line monitoring system.
n Process flow diagram
n Technological process
The process mainly starts from the storage of reducing agent, and then goes through a series of processes such as metering until it is sprayed into the furnace (kiln).
The reducing agent used in the method may be urea, ammonia or liquid ammonia. The above process flow is a process flow using urea as a reducing reductant..
n Key Features
1) The technique involves spraying NHx-based reductant into the furnace (kiln) at temperatures of 850-1250℃. The reductant is rapidly thermally decomposed into NH3 to react with NOx in the flue gas to form N2 and H2O.
2) The technology does not require a catalyst and the denitrification efficiency is 30-60%, which is related to the amount of reducing agent injected.
3) Compared with the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) method, the technology has low investment, small land occupation, and convenient operation and maintenance management.
