On February 28, 2019, Opening Ceremony of CNBM-FIVES Joint Engineering Center-Industry of the Future was held in Shanghai, marking a new beginning for further cooperation between the two sides. Peng Shou, president of China National Building Materials Co., Ltd. and board chairman of China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd. and Alain Cordonnier, president of Fives FCB attended the ceremony as representatives from both sides. Axel Cruau, French consul general in Shanghai was invited to attend the ceremony and delivered a speech of congratulation.
